I specifically watched their stitching 360 video playlist. The videos went into deep detail (more advanced than my level) but it was very informative. Watching these video helped me figure out some things with regard to my final 360 video project. I was constantly putting  a bunch of markers all over my screen, but learned that less is more (and works better). It showed me how to use the transform tools to move each specific camera (helped a lot to solve ghosting issues) and it really made more comfortable with stitching.
