Assignment 4 – Carly Port

Assignment 4 – Carly Port

Our group ran into issue after issue in working to improve our 3 stitched scenes for tomorrow's class. After Juan had to hand synchronize one of our scenes due to the audio of dribbling basketballs messing with synchronization, we struggled very much as a group in figuring out how to place our Nadir correctly. Eventually, Erika realized that our patch was the wrong dimensions which was causing it to improperly convert.

This assignment has been extremely useful for me as I've had no previous experience with Premiere or any of the other software we used in creating our stitch, and I learned how to work with 360 in the software in great depth from my experienced classmates. Additionally, I had the chance to do some simple stitches of my own in the process.

Throughout our project, I handled checking in and out all of our cage equipment, including charging, memory card set up, wifi synchronization, etc. I recorded video along with my group mates and sat in on editing sessions, many times observing their methods and practicing on my own as well.
