Assignment 8_Shuran Huang by shuran on Sketchfab Photogrammetry was very fun but making a complete 3d model definitely requires a couple conditions. A consistently good lighting A simple and similar not white background/surrounding outside of the object Taking photos from different angles (at least 30 photos) A not transparent object with no reflection I tried to make a 3d model of my perfume bottle and this is the best I could get so far. The character looks very well-designed and real. Having a model moving back and forth was fun! Professor Pacheco, as we came to an agreement, I was in photography program fall workshop and my deadline for this assignment has been extended to Wednesday. Thank you!

Immersion is such a cool virtual reality experience. I, as a participant, would be there in the story physically. The sense of the body, the spirit and the mind feeling contribute to that feeling. I sort of experience a bit nausea because what I saw in virtual reality didn't completely line up with your head movements. When the surrounding in the virtual reality moves, my body stays still.
